Terms & Conditions — dewi17 Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "dewi17" / " the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to dewi17, the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://dewi17.pro, operated by its licensed and regulated international entity.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on dewi17 and is subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member to access dewi17's services.
• "Services" means all products and features available on the dewi17 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), Domino QQ, and Slot Tournaments.
• "Funds" / "Balance" means the total amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Member's dewi17 account, comprising both real-money deposits and any applicable bonus amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Member's account pursuant to an active promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements as published on the relevant promotion page.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which accessing or using online gambling platforms is expressly prohibited under applicable law.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software code, game content, design elements, text, and data associated with the dewi17 platform.

By accessing the dewi17 platform, clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during registration, or by making a deposit or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with dewi17's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the dewi17 platform and close your account by contacting support at [email protected].

To register and use the dewi17 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Services:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Proof of age and residency may be requested at any time as part of the KYC process.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on dewi17 or be subject to any active account suspension or ban.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or close family member of an employee of dewi17 or any of its affiliated studios and payment partners.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) dewi17 account. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, active email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying dewi17 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact details current and accurate at all times.

dewi17 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

dewi17 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with internationally recognised anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP) or passport showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., a bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri, or a utility bill).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your BCA or OVO account showing your registered name).

dewi17 will process KYC submissions within two (2) business days. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending successful verification. dewi17 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time if concerns arise regarding account authenticity or the source of funds.

6.1 Deposits. dewi17 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed on the deposit page and are subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account name does not match the registered dewi17 Member name — are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transfer fees, with no liability to dewi17.

6.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be satisfied in full before real-money funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction apply as displayed on the withdrawal page.
• dewi17 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• dewi17 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing timeline. Members will be notified by email if a withdrawal is subject to review.

6.3 Transaction Responsibility. dewi17 is not liable for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or errors in payment details supplied by the Member. Members are responsible for supplying accurate and current payment account details. dewi17 will not reprocess a withdrawal sent to an incorrect account number provided by the Member.

dewi17 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement and form part of these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one (1) account per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or exploitation of system errors — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

All bets placed on dewi17 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product, which are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member.
• dewi17 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market affected by an error in odds, a data feed malfunction, or a manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's account.
• Bets on sporting events — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant competition.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per Member account. These limits are subject to change and are displayed within the relevant betting interface.
• For togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws, settlement is based on the officially declared draw result from the recognised draw operator. Disputes regarding draw results will be resolved by reference to the official result only.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network latency. dewi17 operates a standard delay on live bet acceptance to mitigate abuse of stale odds. Any bet accepted after an event's outcome is determined will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewi17 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other time.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a confirmed platform error are void.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner not sanctioned by dewi17.
• Colluding with other players in card games, tournaments, or any game format where collusion affects outcomes.
• Attempting to access other Members' accounts without authorisation.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy identified by dewi17 as designed to exploit promotional terms rather than participate in genuine recreational play.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account credentials or account balance to any third party.

All content on the dewi17 platform — including but not limited to the dewi17 name, logo, trademarks, software, game interfaces, design elements, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of dewi17 or its licensed content providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dewi17 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the dewi17 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Losses arising from your participation in any game where the outcome is determined by a certified RNG or by a live dealer, where all such games are operated in accordance with certified fair-play standards.

dewi17's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to their dewi17 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dewi17 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools, accessible directly from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your dewi17 account.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.

• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

• The account has been involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The Member is under 21 years of age.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to dewi17, its payment partners, or other Members.
• dewi17 is required to do so under applicable law or the direction of a competent authority.

Upon account closure for cause, dewi17 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, verified real-money funds will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any outstanding real-money balance will be paid out to the Member's verified payment method following KYC clearance.

dewi17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, dewi17 will provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the platform and/or by sending an email to each Member's registered email address at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the dewi17 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewi17's operating entity is incorporated and licensed, as notified to Members upon request.

In the event of a dispute between a Member and dewi17 arising from or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through dewi17's internal complaints procedure as follows:

• Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• dewi17 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB) and issue a substantive response within five (5) business days.
• If the complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate the matter to dewi17's designated dispute resolution body as specified in your escalation response.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection law in Indonesia.
